Brice BIBANZILHA MIFOUENI, Maintenance Manager, Total E&P Congo

After studying instrumentation and mechanical engineering, Brice Bibanzilha Mifoueni graduated from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs in Saint-Etienne, France in 2001. He then joined Total's affiliate in the Republic of the Congo as a mechanical engineer. After serving in two Maintenance Superintendent positions at Total E&P Congo, Brice moved to Total E&P Angola in 2008, as Maintenance Engineering Manager, and then to Total E&P Nigeria, where he was head of the mechanical support team for the Usan project and then Akpo.

He returned to the Republic of the Congo in 2014 and was appointed Maintenance Manager in 2016. In this capacity, he manages 60 people in five departments: mechanical support, electrical, instrumentation, maintenance engineering and site assistance.
