The EAGE Annual 2019, the 81st Conference & Exhibition at ExCel London, is the largest and most comprehensive multidisciplinary geoscience event in the world. The event includes a major conference — in total over 1,000 technical oral and poster presentations — and an exhibition presenting the latest technical developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir/petroleum engineering. More than 7,000 people from almost 100 different countries visit this event annually.
The Total EAGE stand will showcase technological innovations such as METIS, our disruptive R&D project for the acquisition of seismic data with eco-friendly sensors (DARTs); and the ARGOS project, our autonomous ground robot for oil and gas operations, which has a triple focus: reducing technical costs, achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest HSE standards.
Our stand will also highlight our latest exploration successes in the North Sea, our LNG projects, our expertise in carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) and the Tyra gas field redevelopment to extend the project’s life and ensure continuous production from Denmark’s biggest gas field, while safeguarding Danish North Sea infrastructure.
Also on display, the Sismage-CIG solution, Total E&P’s tailor-made interpretation and modeling platform, which is shared by all geosciences and reservoir disciplines. Unique in the industry, the platform has been continuously enhanced by a stream of innovations over the past thirty years — and this continues to be the case.
