Franc Boverhof, Program leader for collaborative environments
Franc started his career as a business analyst for Accenture Communication and High Tech. From 2006 to 2008, he worked for several clients, including UPC Corporate and NXP semiconductors.
Franc started with Total in 2008, when he was engaged as contract engineer and claim coordinator for Total E&P Netherlands. He was responsible for coordination and execution of tender processes and commercial negotiations for complex services.
In 2012 he became Optimization Engineer for Total EP NL and was in charge of cost & efficiency analyses on logistics & maintenance operations for a year.
Between 2013 and 2016, he was appointed as project leader in rationalization and methods, still for TEP Netherlands. Here, Franc was responsible for optimization of the key processes & digitalization of operations. Project manager of more than 10 projects, Franc was in charge of the optimization of cross-departmental processes and the development of applications & change management.
Franc worked on the Genius project between 2015 and 2016 ; he was project engineer on the co-creation of the physical collaborative environment and digital program leader for the development & integration of the virtual environment.
From 2016 to 2017, Franc worked with the business & strategy department on strategy and portfolio management and was responsible for initiating & reviewing strategies to preserve companies interests and for developing its strategic position, progressing strategic projects as defined by the management team (electrification of assets), participating and analyzing business opportunities (acquisitions, divestments & new licenses) and being the 4C&D/3C program leader for TEPNL.
Franc is currently program leader for collaborative environments, within Total Gestion International. He sets up and organizes the collaborative environment program to enhance the various designs, realizations and improvements of collaborative environments throughout Total (E&P, R&C, M&S), within local affiliates & the headquarters organization.
Franc holds a master’s degrees in Industrial engineering and management from the University of Twente (NL), with a specialization in civil engineering and strategic sourcing management. He is currently also studying law at the Open University of the Netherlands to broaden his perspectives.
