Modesto Massamba, Head of Subsea Operations Service for TEP Angola

 

Modesto Massamba is an engineer, holder of a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. Modesto started his career for Schlumberger as a Production Engineer under the Artificial Lift Segment and assigned to the Middle East/Mediterranean Business Unit.

 

He joined Total E&P Angola in 2011 as subsea Project Engineer on different projects related to Block 17, such as ROSA & GiRASSOL Riser Base Spools Mitigation and DALIA Umbilicals Replacement Project. Since 2015, Modesto has been Head of Subsea Operations Service, and notably responsible for assistance means to Blocks 17 and 32 in Angola.
