Nicolas Brunet, Senior Vice-president Health-Safety, Environment Exploration-Production


Nicolas Brunet started at Total in 1982 as process-engineer in the Netherlands. Subsequently, he has occupied various operational upstream positions, in both France (Lacq, Pau) and abroad (Cameroun, Gabon, Equator, Nigeria).


In 2004, he became Director of New business for Africa, then in 2007 director of Exploration for Exploration-Production. From 2012, he was deputy director, Total E&P  Nigeria.


Nicolas Brunet is now Vice-president Health-Safety and Environment Exploration-Production at Total and also therefore is a member of its Board of Directors.


Nicolas Brunet holds a degree from the Special School of Public Construction (ESTP), the Superior National School of Petroleum and Motors (ENSPM) and the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires (CPA).
