Stephane Cambier, Vice-President Operated Assets, Total E&P Qatar

Stephane is a mining civil engineer who holds degrees from the Polytechnical Faculty (Belgium, 1998) and the Ecole du Pétrole et des Moteurs (1999). In 1999, he started working for the Group's Refining & Marketing branch, as a process engineer at the Antwerp refinery, in Belgium.

In 2001, he moved on to Exploration & Production where he held positions in various business lines: contracts & procurement, drilling and management, in eight different countries including France, Indonesia, Congo, Argentina, Angola, Libya and Nigeria.

In 2015, Stephane was appointed Drilling, Wells & Subsea Manager for Total E&P Angola, the most active Group affiliate in terms of operations with major subsea developments, and particularly for the Kaombo project.

In 2017, he became Vice-President Operated Assets in Qatar, one of the most strategic subsidiaries of the group with the major fields of North Field and Al Shaheen.
